Here Comes Florida

We finally have made it to Florida after about 19 or 20 hours of driving! Yet, even though the ride was so long, it was a very good one, too. We stayed at Mother Angelica's Monastery in Alabama the first night, then finished up all the way to Fort Myers, Florida the next day.  The beaches are gorgeous and the way the light from the setting sun hits the waves just makes the earth sparkle!

Tonight is my very first night staying in my dorm room at Ave Maria University.  It was so hard to say goodbye to everyone, but I know that I'm going to like it here, and I've already made two wonderful friends!  I almost finished my goodbye's without crying, but as I watched the van leave, a few tears made their way out. :'(  It was a happy and sad goodbye.

I'm still organizing my dorm room, but once I get settled in, I can post some pictures of it on here for you!
