On January 21, I (Marlee) left on a bus with a bunch of my friends to go to the March for Life in Washington D.C. We arrived there on the 22nd, and were able to go to some really interesting museums. Once we were done looking at the museums, we rode to our hotel, got checked in and put all our luggage and bags in our rooms. Then, after that, we went sight-seeing at night. It was a long, but fun day! I didn't get to bed until 1:30 am!The next day, Sunday, we got up and went to the National Arlington Cemetery. It was so cold!! But it was also really interesting! We were able to see the tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the exchange of the guards. After seeing the Cemetery, we all went to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. It was Beautiful!! and so big!!
The next day, the 24th of January, we went on the March for Life. There were so many people there!! Everyone was coming together and rallying and marching for an end to abortion. It was such a great experience! Keep praying for an end to abortion!
